People on the list must be alive when Summerfest ends.

They must die before 6:30 pm (CST) on the last day of
next year's Summerfest.

The winner is the person with the most dead people on their list.

In case of a tie, one point will be awarded to the first person on
the list, two points to the second... up to ten points for the tenth person.
The
person with the most points wins the tie-breaker.
